All orders will ship within two business days, except during holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after your receive your shipment notification email for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. Order Total includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Tommy John is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

We want you to experience a new level of comfort with Tommy John! We know it’s hard for you to experience our product without trying it on. For that reason, we’ve created our "Best Pair You'll Ever Wear or It's Free" Guarantee. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your first pair of Tommy John*, you can keep it. Just let us know whether you’d like a refund for the undergarment or an exchange to get you something more comfortable.

*Please note the few conditions on this offer:

  • Only applies to your first order on
  • Is limited to one worn pair of underwear, one worn undershirt, and one worn t-shirt
  • If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge
  • For all other refunds and exchanges, please see our standard policy below

Our Standard Policy

  • We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please just email or call us at 800-708-3490 with your order number.
  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 DAYS of the delivery of your purchase.
  • All items must be in unworn condition with hangtags attached and in original packaging. For the good of all our customers, we can not accept back products that have been worn.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping! You’ll get a prepaid label from our Customer Experience Team by email once you contact us.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
  • We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the Tommy John website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please just email or call us at 800-708-3490 before sending anything back.

If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.
