Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please e-mail support@tommyjohn.com or call us at 800-708-3490 before sending anything back.

If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.
