"Long time Mack Weldon shopper. First time shopping Tommy John underwear. Fit is excellent and I very much like the horizontal fly (and find it easier than the vertical fly Mack Weldon has). Ordered cotton and second skin briefs and trunks. Find the fit and waistband excellent. Will replace my old Jockeys with Tommy John. Their promotions are also an extra incentive."

Love the second skin material

"Love the second skin material and feel and have exclusively worn the boxer version for the past year+ so wanted to try the briefs to wear under more fitted dress pants since the boxers bunched up. The fit is ok, I argue it’s too tight in the crotch but I get it, it’s a brief so it kind of needs to be. My issue is the thick seams around the leg openings. I’ve got athletic thighs, but when I take these off at the end of the day I’ve got an indention in my skin from my cheeks to my inner thigh from these things. Feels like I’m being squeezed all day while wearing them."

"Very comfortable. They truly fit like a layer of second skin. I have an older pair where the piece of cloth between the legs is narrower which is ever so slightly a better fit. Also while sold as tag less, the is a tag that needs to be carefully removed which is not easy."

Have your second skin sleep

"Have your second skin sleep shorts and they fit great 2xl, so ordered the second skin briefs and fyi, they pinch in the back, pretty annoying. Ordered a second pair to see if they were better fitting but they're not. Probably my body vs. the underwear, but that's my experience, so will have to try another brand. Michael Weig"

What size is Large ?: A large will fit a waist of 35-38".
do the cool cotton and second skin mens brief sit at the same place on the waist, or is one higher than the other?: They both will sit at the same place on the waist.
What waist sizes are covered by XL: Our size XL fits waists sizes from 39-42".
Why does second skin brief info say: "Not recommended for exercise. For gym-ready underwear, shop our 360 Sport Collection." and why isn't there a brief in the 360 Sport Collection?: Our Second Skin fabric is designed as an everyday wear, while our 360 Sport fabric is designed for the gym and performance activities as well as having added ventilation zones.
