"TJ, I purchased a bunch of cool cotton T shirts based on the the specific claim that they won't develope " Bacon Neck" in the collar. Despite being a pricey, elevated base-layer brand, they all developed Bacon Neck after a single cold wash and air dry (no dryer). Definetly dissapointed in my purchase. I can buy cheap T white shirts at Wallmart. I was hoping for a better product, I certainly paid for better product. I welcome your response. Jeff Reichard, MD"

"I always order size small for my Tommy John shirts but these undershirts are way too tight they are unwearable. Disappointed I had ordered a 3 pack. For the cost of these shirts I’m just not able to order them again in the next size."

Really disappointed in the quality

"Really disappointed in the quality of the shirt collar again. Customer service was great and sent me this as a replacement but unfortunately it is in the same condition as the original. As you can see in the photo the collar is ruffled and has what I call bacon collar after only 1 washing. I followed laundering instructions with no better result than the first one I received. My expectations were much higher as the cost of the short is higher."

Customer service is BEYOND a

"Customer service is BEYOND a five star. In such a busy world, a personal note from CS an a quick reply felt nostalgic to me. I want to go on record as saying the fit and feel are PERFECT as always, but here is the reason for the THREE stars, and the ONLY reason: Your "Black" Shirt is not jet black, it is more of a deep gunmetal grey. Against other blacks it looks as if it was run through the wash with a little bit of bleach. I hope you can adjust it, because it would otherwise make the experirence a 6 out of 5 stars, meaning, you exceeded what I would have expected."

Disastrous to wear in the

"Disastrous to wear in the winter. Should have realized that “Cool Cotton” actually means cooling, as it cools your body temperature. Even with a heavy top, I felt cold and had to change to my old undershirts. I always washed the shirts as they felt comfortable in house, so too late to return them. For me and others who prefer warmth, save these for the late spring or summer."
