Forget you're even wearing it

"Out of the five Tommy John styles I tried, this one and the Air are tied for my favorite. The Customized Flex molds to your body in a way that's genuinely next-level; you forget you're wearing an 8" boxer entirely. The fabric stretch is excellent, which made a real difference given my build — I'm overweight with thicker legs, and XL fit nicely instead of feeling tight like it does with other brands. This is the one I'll keep reordering. Shipping to Canada (Vancouver, BC) took close to a month with tracking that barely updated, but support was kind and responsive throughout."

Falling apart after 2 weeks

"The second week having these and they already started falling apart. The first two packs of underwear that I bought from Tommy John have lasted years, which is why I came back to buy more, but I wish I went with the Second Skin line instead of these because there's something with the material that has it sticking together like velcro and breaking apart (see screenshots). I was trying to reach out to customer care about it, but the page returned a 404, so here I am in the reviews now 😅."
