How is the sleep shirt different than the regular crewneck, other than the pocket obviously? Thanks.: Thanks for your interest. The fabric percentage is different between the Second Skin Crew Neck Tee and the Second Skin Sleep Pocket Tee. The Second Skin Crew Neck Tee is comprised of Pima Cotton,Modal, and Spandex. While the Second Skin Sleep Pocket Tee is Modal, and Spandex with Polyester included for certain colors. The fit is similar across both.
