"I have ordered so many times from Tommy John…Under wear, Pajamas, gifts…hundreds of dollars I have spent with their company and I had to return a bra and despite them charging me an extra shipping fee and $54 for the bra, they refused to refund me full price for the bra. I received $52 back. I will not be purchasing from them again. This is horrible customer service."
Needs Proper Bra Sizing
"I have some older Tommy John bras and love them. I was excited when they brought back something similar, but it completely missed the mark due to sizing options. The older bras are traditional cup and band sizing. This new system of generic sizing (S, M, L, etc. ) makes this product a poor choice for many customers. Women are made in all shapes and sizes, so please go back to traditional bra sizing so we can order a product that actually fits our bodies!"

"flimsy bra, no support to speak of. . . its more like a bralette. . . and for $54!!! . soooo disappointed in all of the new bras. . . and I've tried every one of them and they all went back. go back to the bras from 2-3 years ago. . . also, the hi cut brief underwear have changed . Smaller tummy panel than what it used to be. . and of course the price has gone up. . . losing faith in TJ"
