"Wore the first pair for about 3 hours before I noticed that the fabric had torn away from the seams in the crotch in two places. This is the second time I have had Tommy John’s fall apart. The first time I wrote customer service and had to take pictures and send them back, only to be told that I would not receive a full refund because they had gone on sale after I had paid full price. After complaining, I was finally given a better deal and returned my entire order in exchange for this order. Had to pack and mail back but received this order only to have the first pair I put on fall apart within hours. I will wear the rest but I’m done with Tommy John! Over priced, questionable customer service, and I was treated like I was the one trying to pull a fast one when in reality, the company was the one who was charging overpriced goods of poor quality!"
